The Price Library of Judaica welcomes gift-in-kind donations. However, due to space and funding limitations, we ask that all potential donors provide an inventory of the materials being offered. This inventory should include bibliographic details such as title, author, and publication date, which will help us check the offered books against the library’s catalogue before acceptance. Given the volume of book donations received, we must ensure that new materials do not duplicate existing holdings.
All unsolicited gifts will be checked against the library’s catalogues, and any duplicates will be redirected either to the Florida statewide academic repository (FLARE) or to the Alachua Friends of the Library sale. This policy helps us maintain an efficient and relevant collection while supporting other community initiatives.
We are deeply grateful to all our donors. Your generosity plays a vital role in strengthening our collection and advancing our mission to serve the UF community and beyond. Thank you for your ongoing support!
