The cookbook collection represents a kaleidoscope of Jewish foodways all over the world, and a sample of the multifaceted Jewish culinary literature worldwide.
This collection includes close to three hundred pamphlets and books that disseminate hatred toward Jews. This hatred, as historian Robert S. Wistrich argued “the longest” hatred in history, has transformed over the centuries and was repeatedly articulated through various, religious, cultural, economic, political and social arguments.
The pamphlets reflect the path of Dr. Gruber's exceptional career as a journalist and writer.
